  • The share price of embattled marginal gold-mining group DRDGold fell to its lowest level in almost two years on Monday, after the company’s announcement on Friday that it was issuing shares to pay off debt.

    DRDGold's share price fell by 12% on Monday to R4,07 a share – the lowest in 22 months.

    On May 6, 2005, the company’s shares hit a low of R4,15 a share.
