  WELL , i think the best holiday destination to travel to in summer is :
  
  South Padre Island,Tx. is the only answer!
  
  They have a cool 4th of July Celebration(actually all week)Most accommodations are 50ft from the ocean. Excellent taste of the Mediterranean with out leaving the states. However, if you want to leave the country Mexico is very accessible from there. Have a great time!!
