Dirt 3 capture the flag tips?

Hi all, i have bought Dirt 3 and i love this game so much. Especially for those new games in dirt 3 such as the zombie infection game and capture the flag game. For the capture the flag challenge, how could i easily win in the game? Are there some tips for capture the flags games? Thx in advance!
