I am looking into the new 2008 BMW 135i. But I'm a little confused with the steptronic transmission. So could someone tell me How to get the BMW Steptronic work? and How exactly does the BMW Steptronic work? please tell me anything you know

Tiptronic as well as Steptronic have been about a same. You can not get a automobile with a primer delivery as well as have paddle shifters bc we would have a purchase with a paddle shifter. You can however get a bmw with a Steptronic Automatic as well as afterwards we can change gears by relocating a push side to side as well as afterwards we get a paddle shifters.
Whether is the tiptronic, switchtronic, steptronic...etc they are NOT manual transmissions. They are just features of an automatic transmission that allow you to select your own gear. But it is still an automatic transmission; so you will not get acceleration times or the other qualities of a stickshift car. The only automatic system that IS like a manual transmission is BMW's SMG. You may read more about it in the link below.
