How to get southern town in Shogun 2 Fall of the Samurai?

Hello guys! How would I get southern town in Shogun 2 Fall of the Samurai? I play Aizu, and I want to know how to get southern enemy province before Jozai? Any ideas on getting southern town in Shogun 2 Fall of the Samurai would be great! Thank you so much!
