Sure! First off, one of the options is to get a coach or go to an academy. It all depends on how good you want to become. Are you looking to go pro? Get a college scholarship? Or our you playing just for fun?
If you are looking to go pro, you might want to get a coach and fitness coach. Second you'll have to play everyday at least five or six days a week and for about 5 to 6 hours a day plus fitness about 11/2 to 2 hours. You need to run both sprints and long distance. Also do weights mostly with the upper body, core, and legs. Keep in mind "No Pain - No Game".
