How to find the lost following iOS 4.3.3 update for iPhone 4?
I was syncing my iPhone 4 and was prompted to update it to iOS 4.3.3, which I did. Having done this most of my apps and all my music has disappeared from both my iphone 4 and i-Tunes. Is there anything I can do?

Did you have your iPhone 4 syced with iTunes? If you did, the data will be in there. If not, you can redownload apps for free, but music cannot be redownloaded.
