  A very cool concept for Dallas, similar to successful lunch trucks in other cities like LA, NYC, etc. However, this is no ordinary lunch truck. Think chef-inspired, gourmet. They are serving up really great sandwiches, homemade chili, salmon, and rotating soups de jour. I tried the miso flank steak sandwich. Served on a fresh ciabatta roll with peppers, pesto, etc. Fantastic.
  
  I look forward to following the truck around town and sampling more fresh goodness. Since it is a lunch truck, you have to follow them on Facebook or Twitter to get the location for the day. Right now (03-25-10) they are at Preston/Lovers in the deBoulle parking lot.
