  I think If you're playing just for the fun of it(nothing wrong with being a recreational player) you might want to find a coach that teaches more than 1 child at a time. You want to have fun so there have to be at least more than 2-3 kids so that you can have FUN!! Also you don't really need to work out but if you want to that would help your game a lot!! You can play as often as you like a week! No limits!!!
