Windows 8 Enter does not work? help!!

Hi all, i need help that the Windows 8 Enter does not work! after i install Win 8 on my pc, my Enter key does not move the cursor to the next line! anyone else have this Windows 8 Enter issue? how to fix? show me some tips please, thanks!

Windows 8 Enter didn't work, it seems to be unique to IE10, I've installed Firefox and it doesn't seem to have the same issue. I guess the IE10 version in Win8 is not all together ready for prime time either.
