  To untethered jailbreak iPad 2 iOS 5.0.1 with Greenpois0n Absinthe, here are some steps may help you:
  Download iOS 5.0.1 ipsw for iPad 2, iTunes and Greenpois0n Absinthe 0.3 for Windows or Mac, then
  Step 1: Connect your iPhone 4S & iPad 2 with your PC via USB, and open iTunes then Restore to iOS 5.0.1.
  Step 2: Download Greenpois0n Absinthe, then unzip and run the file. Jailbreak IPhone 4S / iPad 2 5.0.1 Untethered with Greenpois0n Absinthe
