How to delete Windows 8 startup menu permanently?

How to delete Windows 8 startup menu permanently after uninstalling Windows 8? There is something wrong with Windows 8 in my PC and i want to uninstall it and then reinstall it. Delete Windows 8 startup menu permanently? If your system is Windows XP, it need the XP startup disk to repair it. Insert XP system installation disk, restart it to get into system repair R, enter your XP, type the administrator password, enter, input fixboot, enter, after the completion of the input exit out of it.
