  1: Generally speaking, you can find a small button which RESETS all the router, it's on the back of the router. You can do that with that button.
  
  2: open a web page , load 192.168.1.1, the password and the username admin and go to WLAN Configuration/Settings or something similar.
  
  There are normally more than only one textbox for passwords.Create another passsword,or if possible delete the first one,or reset it. On some routers the password you alreasy set is visible.
