  Android 4.1 VS Android 4.0, there is a new clockscreen screensaver mode on Android 4.1. when charging that shows the time and opens the screen if you touch the time display. Also many internal framework changes as well onAndroid 4.1 over Android 4.0 ; subtle but nonetheless noticeable changes in the UI.
