How to keep the main characters strong in I Am Alive?
Hi all. Could you guys tell me how can i keep the main characters strong in I Am Alive? I can't figure out how to keep the main characters strong and healthy. So anybody who can give me any tips or advice to keep I Am Alive main characters strong? Waiting for your enlighten!

Water, food, gas, medicine, cigarettes, tools, climbing gears, weapons, and ammo, anything that the player can salvage from the destroyed city can be used to keep the main character's strong and healthy in I Am Alive.
