How to get Back to Karkand to work?

Hi all. How can i get Back to Karkand to work? I Now used my code to download and install the add-on but the maps wont show up when i want to play. Instead it tells me that i am missing content needed for playing some multiplayer servers. Have you guys met the Back to Karkand issues? Please help me to get Back to Karkand to work. Waiting for your enlighten!
