A trick to farm gold in Infinity Blade 2? Any guide?

Hi all. Is there a trick to farm gold in Infinity Blade 2? I want a trick to farm gold in Infinity Blade 2, however i can't for the life of me find it. Does anybody who can provide a guide to trick to farm gold for me? Thanks in advance!

Here is a trick to farm gold in Infinity Blade 2:

When going down to the king's tomb where you can unlock free items.
You are able to reset that by just restarting to RB1 and going there again to get the stuff for free.
Collect as many as you want, sell them for cash.
