Turn off e-mail app on Droid bionic, how to do?

How should I do to turn off e-mail app on Droid bionic? Since I have my Droid bionic, I had set up and two e-mail apps started. One is G-Mail and the other is a standard E-Mail App. Every time I receive an e-mail on Droid bionic, I get it in both apps and get two notifications, it is confused. I'd like to turn off one, but i cannot figure out how to do? Can you give me some ways to turn off e-mail app on Droid bionic? Thanks.

The Gmail account will automatically be set up when setting up Droid bionic. If you added your Gmail address again in e-mail app, you should just be able to remove it there. Otherwise, you can go to Accounts from Settings and turn Gmail off in the items to be synced.
