Galaxy s2 voice echo, what should i do?

Hi anybody! I have problems with a voice echo. When other people calls me, they said they can hear their own voice. The problem happened when I use a phone cover. I think it has something to do with the noise reduction, as the problem stops when I turn this off. Can you give me some advice about Galaxy s2 voice echo? Thanks!
