What will happen if I dont call them after getting emergency notice from debt settlement program?

What will happen if I dont call them after getting emergency notice from debt settlement program? I have two credit cards. As a result I am $25,000 in debt. I am now paying off the debt every month. However, today I have gotten two emergency urgent notices asking me to call a 800 number for debt mediation. On one notice it says , " A credit card debt mediation program is available to you and call the 800 number to activate" The other notice is an "URGENT DEBT SETTLEMENT NOTICE". I do not know what to do. Shud I call them? What will happen if I dont call them?
