how to fix Safari History not showing Google Searches

Google Searches are not showing up on my Safari History. clicks from a Google Search are listed in the History not by their page title, but by the rather lengthy google search url that located them. I would like to fix this problem. any one can give some advice to fix the safari history not showing google searches? thanks
