Can't Receive/Send Picture MMS With My MyTouch 4g?
I can't Receive and Send Picture MMS on my MyTouch 4g. There is an error message saying "Unable To Send Message After Multiple Attempts",when I Try Sending Pictures. What's the problem? Receive Pic Msgs A Button That Say's "Download" Appears And After I Press It The Download Fails And a Msg Comes Up That Says "Generic Network Fail". Why can't Receive/Send Picture MMS With My MyTouch 4g? how to fix?

Per TMobile rep, for this particular smart phone, you need a data plan in order to receive/send pictures. It is a new update. I have the same phone & the same issue. o_O
